Dr. Reznik brings 25 years of clinical experience and certification across all four areas, internal medicine, obesity medicine, lifestyle medicine, and menopause care, integrated to provide comprehensive care for midlife women’s health, with attention to both treatment and prevention. But more than the credentials, she genuinely loves this work and the women she cares for.
She also brings something most physicians don’t: she is a certified life coach with years of experience coaching professional women, offering skills that support patients through the changes that prescriptions alone can’t address.
Lasting change is rarely just medical. It helps to have someone who understands midlife’s emotional layer, especially for busy, high-achieving women who give so much to others. As a woman navigating midlife herself, she combines medical expertise with lived empathy, partnering with women through this powerful season of life.
Dr. Reznik also hosts an award-winning podcast, Voices of Women Physicians, exploring what it means for women in medicine to thrive, not just survive.

The first step is to schedule a complimentary introductory call.
During this call, we will briefly discuss your health goals, current concerns, and how the practice works to determine if this approach is a good fit for you.
If it feels aligned, you can then schedule your comprehensive new patient visit.

Membership provides ongoing physician care focused on metabolic health, weight management, hormonal balance, menopause care, and overall wellness.
It includes comprehensive visits, follow-up care, and direct access to your physician between appointments.
Founding member pricing is currently available for a limited number of patients. Full details, including pricing, are discussed during your introductory call.
Payment is accepted through ACH bank transfer or credit card.
About the Practice

There is no set timeline. Care is ongoing and personalized based on your goals and progress. Some patients work with Dr. Reznik for several months, while others continue longer to maintain results and support long-term health.

You may cancel your membership at any time with 30 days notice. This allows time for a smooth transition of care if needed.

At AmazVita MD, care is comprehensive and physician-led, with a focus on metabolic health, medical weight management, hormonal balance, menopause care, and long-term disease prevention. The membership model allows time to understand the full picture and develop a personalized, sustainable plan.
AmazVita MD is a specialty practice. It does not replace primary care, emergency care, or urgent care. Patients are encouraged to maintain a relationship with a primary care provider for general medical needs.

This model allows for longer, more personalized visits and direct access to your physician without the limitations of traditional insurance-based care.
Care is provided directly by a triple board-certified physician with advanced training in Internal Medicine, Obesity Medicine, Lifestyle Medicine, and Menopause Care.
Many patients choose this model for the depth of care, time, and ongoing support it provides.
Due to federal regulations, at this time, AmazVita MD is unable to provide care to patients enrolled in Medicare, Medicaid, Medical or other government healthcare programs. If this changes in the future, we’d love to welcome you to the practice. Feel free to join our waitlist to be notified.

Is it a replacement for health insurance?
No. AmazVita MD does not replace your health insurance. Membership covers physician visits and care provided directly through the practice. You should maintain coverage for hospitalizations, emergency care, primary care visits, specialist visits, and other services outside this practice.

Your comprehensive new patient visit is a 60-minute, in-depth evaluation of your health, metabolism, hormones, and lifestyle.
Your medical history, current concerns, and goals are reviewed in detail, and a personalized care plan is developed based on your needs.
Visits are designed to be thorough and unrushed, allowing time to fully understand your health and create a clear path forward.

Care focuses on metabolic health, weight management, hormonal balance, peri/menopause care, and long-term disease prevention.
Common concerns include weight gain, weight loss resistance, metabolic changes, perimenopause and menopause symptoms, insulin resistance, fatigue, low energy, and overall health optimization.

Yes, when appropriate.
Care may include nutrition and lifestyle strategies as well as medical treatments such as hormone therapy and medical weight management, including GLP-1 medications, based on your individual needs and preferences.

Lab testing can be ordered as needed to support your care.
Labs are completed at a local facility such as Quest, LabCorp, or a hospital lab. Results are reviewed during your follow-up visit.
Lab costs are separate from membership fees and are typically billed through your insurance or paid directly to the lab.
Telehealth

AmazVita MD currently serves patients in California and Nevada. Telehealth regulations require that you be physically located in one of these states at the time of your visit. Your permanent address does not affect eligibility.
